Paperless documents are saved within your Servicing Digital account for 16 months, making it easy to locate and view them as needed.

How To Enroll In Paperless

  1. Log in to Servicing Digital
  2. Select "Documents" from the dashboard
        1. Select "Manage Delivery Preferences" in the Document Delivery Preferences Box
        2. Choose "Email"
        3. Check box for "I agree to the terms and conditions"
        4. Select "Save" to complete enrollment*

Yes, its easy to switch back to paper statements. Simply log in to Servicing Digital to change your delivery preferences.

You will receive an email 24-48 hours prior to your statement being available in Servicing Digital.

If you do not receive your statement, email us at ServicingHelp@roundpointmortgage.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

  • Servicing Digital is an online account management system. Our customers can utilize this tool to self-service most mortgage needs.
  • In Servicing Digital, you can:
    • Enroll in one-time or recurring Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments
    • View loan balance
    • View escrow balance and disbursement activity
    • Utilize the mortgage calculator
    • View loan *documents such as Welcome Letters, Billing Statements, Escrow Analysis Statements, Year-End Statements and Privacy Notes
    • *Note: Only documents from the last 14 months are available for view
  • To register for Servicing Digital, click here. You must provide your last name, full social security number, and property zip code.
  • Once provided, verify the phone number and email address associated with the account.
  • After verification, you will receive an email, text, or phone call with a verification code. Just enter the code and your registration is complete!
  • From your Servicing Digital account, select “Account Management,” then “Account Settings.” From here, you can see your contact information.
  • To update the email address, select “Update Email” and enter the new email address. Press “Continue.”
  • The system will send a verification email to the email address you entered. Please enter the verification code you receive and select “Next.” Verification complete!
  • If you are updating phone number, follow the same process; however, you will select “Update Phone.”
  • From your Servicing Digital account, select “Account Management,” then “Document Center.”
  • Select the category for the document you wish to view. Only the documents accessible in Servicing Digital will be displayed.
  • Note: Only documents from the last 14 months are available for view
  • From your Servicing Digital account, select “Account Management,” then “Document Center.”
  • In the box “Delivery Preference,” select Paperless Statements. You can make the change to electronic billing here.
  • From your Servicing Digital account, select “Payment.” You will see the “Make a Payment” option.
  • Complete the appropriate payment details and select “Submit Payment” to process.
  • You will have the chance to review the payment details and agree to the terms and conditions before the payment is confirmed.
  • Select “Confirm Payment” to complete. You will receive a confirmation number subsequently.
  • From your Servicing Digital account, select “Payment” and visit the “Scheduled Payments” box.
  • Select “X” next to the pending payment you wish to cancel.
  • You will have the option to keep the payment or cancel. Select “Cancel Payment.”
  • You will receive confirmation of the cancellation once this process is complete.
  • From your Servicing Digital account, follow the same steps to make a payment; however, select the option to “Enroll in Autopay” under the Make a Payment section.
  • Complete the appropriate fields, agree to the terms and conditions, and select “Enroll.”
  • Note: Please continue to make your regularly scheduled payments until you receive notification of the first scheduled draft.
  • From your Servicing Digital account, select “Payment” and review the Payment Methods box.
  • To add a new account, select “Add Account.”
  • If you are updating bank account information, you will have the option to Edit or Delete the existing account.
  • Servicing Digital is currently available in the below listed countries:

  • If you are traveling outside of these areas, you will not have access to Servicing Digital.
